Libya’s Female Unemployment Rate during the Covid-19 Pandemic, Compared with Previous Years

The issue of unemployment is among the most important and urgent challenges facing Libyan state, especially as it coincided with Covid-19 pandemic, MENA region faces both highest overall levels widest gender gap worldwide. Hence, current study aims to analyze rate developed during Corona pandemic females in Libya, through data obtained from secondary Comparison years (2011-2020). results show that rates workforce Libya for women are higher than those men year 2020 which spread, increased, also same women. addition, Unemployment has gradually decreased, 2016, but when swept country, increased 2019 was equal 24.57, while suddenly 24.66.
